Can Hunger

Detail: Did you know that 6 million children under the age of 5 die every year as a result of hunger?  Or that of the 6.2 billion people in today’s world, 2.1 billion live on less than $2 a day?  Join the fight to “Can Hunger” … The Mount St. Mary’s University SIFE team has joined up with Campbell’s Soup Company in the fight to “Can Hunger”.  Help families in need this Thanksgiving season by donating non perishable food items to your local food bank.  Let these families know they will have a meal during the holiday season.   While world hunger is a global issue, you can be a part of the solution by contributing locally … YOU do make a difference.  Be a hero today!
